Who we are

For us it is essential to try to minimize the impact of our campsite on the environment, to respect the natural balance of the wonderful place that hosts us.
This intent has motivated all our interventions, since we started managing the campsite in 2007.

Just in 2007, we adopted flow reducers , to avoid wasting water. Afterwards, in 2010, to reduce consumption, we implemented the renovation of the roof with high thermal insulation . The following year we installed the biomass boiler .

Our ecological effort continued in the following years.

In 2016, following the agreement with a company certified for the collection of food waste oils, we made a collection point available to campers in the room dedicated to washing dishes.

Our biomass boiler was replaced in 2017 with a latest generation model, equipped with filters on the release of particulate matter . Furthermore, the biomass we use comes from the wood of the valley . This wood, in addition to being zero-kilometer , is considered a zero-impact energy source .

Finally, in 2018, we installed the photovoltaic system .

Among the ecological measures we have adopted, there is also the abandonment of the bee-car, a historic but unfortunately polluting vehicle, in favor of electric vehicles for internal mobility in the campsite such as electric caddy and bicycles. We are also committed to avoiding the use of toxic substances and pesticides for the treatment of our gardens.
